    Product arrived with wood chips inside and residual salt. Replacement product arrived again with defects but only on the outside.

    Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you received a faulty grinder. We would be happy to exchange it for you. However, it is normal for the grinders to be filled; some of our grinders are pre-filled with salt/pepper. This is also noted on the red hang tag. We are currently in the transition phase to completely unfilled grinders, so it is possible that some grinders arrive filled and others unfilled.

    Thanks for the feedback. I had already had the grinder replaced, and the second one arrived with only minor blemishes on the outside.
